So about once a week im getting to the gym and there is no treadmill available. Again I say... how am i supposed to #getmyrunon!! I dont mind the eliptical, but its not my first choice and according to Paul Plakas from XWeighted .. and I quote his tweet to MOI! "Traditional repetitive action activity called "Cardio" is not the most effective way to train, ellipticals are a terrible choice". I was afraid to ask him if that was the same thought on treadmills...
The work gym kinda sucks sometimes, it's a bit overcrowded at times, especially around 11:30. Yesterday some dude had the cohones to ask me when I was getting off the treadmill?? SAY WHAT!!! When Im damn ready!! Think I'll be going back to my 1pm routine. I changed to 11:30 for company, but I think Ive convinced the other girls to come with me.. We'll see., If it would just stop snowing and being all "winter like" outside, there would be no problem!!
