Ok well maybe its not HELL, but OMG its hard!!! Second day of our HIIT run., it was a little harder to get through today because we were all pretty sore from yesterday. Might need the weekend to recover. Back at the craziness Monday!!! WHOOT WHOOT!!!!
We did a warm up run, then 15 mins of HIIT and cool down. So 3.5K in 25 mins.
