H.I.I.T

So today Jenni, mallori and newcomer cara lea tried this hiit! Which stands for high intensity interval training! CRAZY!! Ok so you warm up then u run like I mean run like your running for your life for 10 seconds then you walk 20 seconds. You do this for 20 mins. Holy crap!! It's hard. But it's supposed to be an awesome workout helps u lose belly fat. Hopefully it will get me a better 5k time while I'm at it to!! Great job ladies. It was an awesome experience!
